Hear From Our Owner
When I started this roofing company in 2004, it was just me, a small crew, and my brown Chevy pickup. I was 29, driven by a vision to change the roofing industry. Roofing is hard work—a trade that deserves respect. But too often, I saw homeowners hesitate when they opened their doors, unsure if they could trust “just another contractor.” I also saw roofing owners who didn’t respect their own work or customers. I knew I wanted to be different.
My approach was simple: underpromise and overdeliver. I loved seeing the impact of quality work—the gratitude of homeowners, their relief in hiring someone they could trust. Their appreciation fueled me to do more.
That vision hasn’t changed. But now, I get to build something greater with my team. Every day, I watch them serve customers, each other, and their families with excellence. Our core values aren’t just words—they’re what drive us. That’s what makes us different.
At the end of the day, it’s always been about more than just roofing. It’s about people. It’s about doing the right thing. And that’s a foundation worth building on.

Our Core Values
Core values are the foundation of our vision, shaping our culture and guiding everything we do at Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. They define who we are and how we serve—our customers, each other, and the business. By living these values every day, we continuously improve ourselves and create a positive impact on those around us.
This is the inner drive to work hard, work smart, and act with purpose. Hungry individuals are always seeking more—more to learn, more to do, and more responsibility to take on. They don’t need to be pushed; they are self-motivated, diligent, and committed to excellence. Their hunger is a steady, sustainable drive to do their best and go above and beyond when it truly matters.
Excellence is striving for continuous improvement. We deliver the best services that we are capable of providing. We challenge processes and our opinions. We foster a team spirit, never challenging the person, but challenging the problem or the opportunity. We look for new opportunities to learn and grow.
